If you want to grow (or even maintain) your community of Facebook supporters, you need to post regularly and often.

But let's be honest: You have a lot on your plate, and it's hard to remember when you're due for a post. That's why we've added a feature to our Inspiration tool to help your team easily set and track goals to keep you all on track.

Getting Started

First, log into ActionSprout and select the Facebook Page you'd like to work with from the Accounts screen.

Next, open the Inspiration section of your account.

At the top of the page, you should see a Posting Goal section.

If you haven't set up a daily posting goal before, you'll see a Set Posting Goal button. If you're editing an existing goal, you'll click the gear icon.

Currently you can set a posting goal of up to five posts a day.

Once you've set your goal, you'll see your progress toward that goal along with a recommended day and time for your next Facebook post.

Easy as that! And feel free to go grab a celebratory coffee when you've reached that full green bar.

For information about posting frequency, check out our Why 3 to 5 posts a day on Facebook is optimal for organic reach and engagement article.
